You'll learn what makes a balanced smoothie, how to combine fruits, vegetables, protein, and other nutritious ingredients, and simple tips for creating healthy drinks the whole family will enjoy. Then, you'll have the opportunity to build your own smoothie and enjoy your creation before you leave.
