We’re excited to welcome vendors who want to showcase their products, share what they do, and be part of a fun, family-focused fair experience. This is a great opportunity to get your business in front of fair attendees and be involved in a growing event.

Spots are limited, so be sure to apply early.

At this time, we are accepting goods vendors only.

This includes businesses offering:

Handmade items
Boutique clothing or accessories
Home decor or crafts
Other retail-style products

We are NOT accepting food trucks or ready-to-eat food vendors. If you are a food vendor and want to be apart of the fair please call this number for more info (620) 669-3600.

Vendor Details

Vendor spaces are limited
Outdoor booth space (10ft by 10ft space) along the fairgrounds roadway
Cost: $150 per vendor (additional space may be purchased)
Dates: Thursday (8:00 AM) through Sunday (6:00 PM). Each night the fair will close down at 6pm unless there are events happening. It is up to your discretion when you are open and for how long during the duration of the fair. Please see schedule on home page.
Must provide your own tent, tables, and setup
Electricity is not provided (generator is allowed if needed)
All vendors must submit an application to be considered
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. If application is not accepted, you will be reimbursed with a small feee.
Vendors will be selected based on space and product variety
You will be notified once your application is reviewed
This application does not denote an offer for space. This is not a contract, due to limited space, applications will be review and then either approved or declined, email will be sent out either way. Payment is required before being considered. Refunds will be provided if your application is not accepted.
The Reno County Fair is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or weather-related impacts to vendor property, equipment, or products.
