Join local artist and instructor Janice Richardson for a fun and educational painting experience at the Reno County Fair! In this beginner-friendly acrylic painting class, students will create an adorable, inquisitive barnyard chicken full of personality and charm.
This workshop focuses on one of the most important foundations of painting—value. Students will learn how to simplify a subject and build a successful painting through the use of a value study underpainting, helping them better understand light, shadow, form, and depth before adding color.
